All of our construction documents are designed and printed on large scale A1 Paper IN COLOR! We include all the extras that most designers and draftsmen do not. When you purchase a custom designed project from us you will receive a complete document set including Electrical, Foundation, HVAC, Plumbing, Wall Sections, And 3d references, where as the overwhelming majority of draftsmen, designers, and architects only provide architectural pages such as floor plans and exterior elevations in black and white. At HGC we charge the same as many other drafting services do and we give you more for your money! Our standard is everybody else’s idea of too much work.

If you’d like to go a step further or several steps further we can even create your entire project in 3d so you can see what every room, hallway, and storage area looks like with the finishes and appliances you’ve picked. It is the closest thing to a picture from the future.
